Hurray! Here comes another busy day...
... for yellow frogs!
We're all looking in amazement. Because it happens to be our very first visit to our schools' Planetarium
Having made ourselves at home, we sat on the seats and enjoyed the movies related to space.
Feels like we're floating in the space.
Watch out! The spaceship is getting closer.
In that picture above, we've seen the same place at different periods of time. At night, the place looked magical. With the guidance of our teacher, we had the chance to zoom into all kinds of planets.
This is the milky way.
Taking our new theme ,elephants, into consideration we said a chant called 'Big, grey elephant' with our teacher. The chant goes:
Big, grey elephant
with a long, long trunk for a nose.
He picks up food.
But, look out!, 'cause that nose is a hose!!!
Pshhh!
There was a hidden surprise at the end of the chant which we liked a lot! The elephant came to our class and sprayed water on our faces :)
After drying our faces off what's left from the big, grey and watery elephant, we created our own forests on the computer by putting the trees and the animals wherever we like.
At the end of the day, weary but still energetic yellows made a brief drama about the elephants. :)
This job is hard.
Bending over, walking on four legs, eating and drinking at the same time? No, thanks. We're still glad that we're not elephants in the real life.
